Worship With Us

About Us - Who We Are

Our Sunday Schedule at Saint Andrews

9:00am Service

Family Life Center (gym)

Our early morning worship service begins at 9:00am in the Family Life Center. This non-traditional service is a relaxed gathering of come-as-you-are friends. Comfortable clothing is encouraged – you will always see jeans and most weeks even shorts. We sit around round tables while enjoying our morning coffee, and we worship from our hearts. We sing praise tunes you might hear on the radio and our music is led by beautiful guitar and our amazing Praise Team of singers. Each week, Pastor Beth leads us in a Spirit-filled time of scripture reading, praying together and a gospel message of hope always ending with the sharing of Holy Communion.

After the Children’s Message around 9:15am, children are invited for a time of worship designed just for them! There is a monthly theme, bible story, memory verse, and a worship time that’s fun and age appropriate.

Bible Class

This group of mostly senior adults follow a quarterly United Methodist resource called “Adult Bible Studies.”  Each week, through a lecture-driven format, a new lesson offers background and focal Scriptures, key verses, along with doctrinally sound and relevant biblical interpretation and application. The class is filled with smiles and a wealth of knowledge, and is held in the FLC Room 6.

Seekers Class

Adults of all ages gather in the Learning Hall for a lectionary-driven lesson and discussion time. This welcoming group is known for their laughter and light-hearted approach to life as conversation often moves into the ways scripture informs how we approach Christian life in an ever-changing world.

Coffee Connections

10am in The Balcony (Youth Suite)

After dropping off your children in Sunday School class, head upstairs to The Balcony. Youth are meeting in the Gathering Room; adults are across the hall in the Lion’s Den. Everyone has access to the Chill Zone Café fully stocked with coffee, tea, & snacks. Want to relax and reflect while preparing your heart for worship? The Youth Chapel is open for you.

Coffee Connections offers something for everyone. Come and make some great new connections with one another! See you Sunday!

11:00am Service

Each Sunday at 11:00am, we gather in the Sanctuary for a traditional United Methodist worship service. While you are likely to see anything from golf-shirt-and-jeans to coat-and-tie, the dress code is never our focus. We are only interested in welcoming Almighty God into a time of dedicated worship. We sing traditional hymns, affirm our faith through traditional creeds, and have a wonderful choir who blesses us each week. We take turns reading scripture and leading prayers, and Pastor Beth offers a sermon meant to provide scriptural context, instruction, challenge, and gospel hopefulness. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month as well as special times throughout the year.

After the Children’s Message around 11:15am, children are invited for a time of worship designed just for them! There is a monthly theme, bible story, memory verse, and a worship time that’s fun and age appropriate.

5pm-7pm Youth Meeting

Each Sunday, we gather at 5:00pm for a snack supper in the kitchen and then head upstairs for some great fun and fellowship.

On any given night, you might find us just chilling in the different rooms, having some great chats about Jesus, figuring out life together, or running in circles and laughing until we can’t breathe.
