Pat and her husband, Ed, have been members of Saint Andrews since 1982, and Pat has been a member of the Preschool staff since it began in 1994. She has taught in each class and has been a director of the program since 1995. In addition to being the director, Pat currently teaches the Pre-K class. Additionally, she is a Sunday School teacher for the 3’s and Pre-K class during the 11am worship service each Sunday. “I want children to learn that God loves them all the time and is always there for them. In Preschool we want all children to feel accepted and have the opportunity to learn at their developmental level and abilities.” Pat attended Hardbarger’s Business College, Peace College, and received her degree from UNC-G in Education of the Deaf. She and Ed have been married for 35 years and together they have four adult children: Trisha (and her husband, Jerry), Ashlee, Edwin, and Rachel, and an adorable grandson, Erik.
